Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments without notice, are subject to a $150 fee charged to the card on file. The fee will not exceed the price of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the $150 late-cancellation fee may apply.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected illnesses happen, please notify the office as soon as possible at (772)510-2376.

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Not receiving a reminder does not waive this policy. By scheduling an appointment and providing a payment method, you acknowledge and authorize the applicable cancellation or no-show charge.
